IT Guy: oh, everything is ok now" Us: Oh so you found a solution?" IT Guy: No, but since, we have a bigger problem now, no one really cares about this one" Couple of minutes later: 

The IT guy gives us a potential way to fix the problem.

US: So, it will work, you're sure" IT Guy: No, not really. Honnestly? No Idea! But it might! It's probably worth trying." Yeah... thanks for your help.
